an incredible location and i will be back. this hotel is an incredible base for a couple of nights. the rooms are well-maintained with relaxing views of lake. it has a very comfy bed and a reasonably spacious bathroom.

Me and my mates had the best time staying in Albany! We did this self-guided walking tour of the town and learned so much about its history. There was so much to see - old buildings, cool street art, and even this super old jail! It was epic.

The only thing we would've loved is if there was a party area or a bar on-site for young people like us to have a good time at night. But other than that, it was a rad place to stay!

The location overlooking Lake Sepping was great, with a wonderful morning alarm provided by the birds. The room had everything we needed for our stay, and the comfortable bed made for a restful night. The breakfast selection was excellent, and we appreciated the fact that it was delivered outside our room. We also enjoyed the close proximity of the property to Middleton Beach and Mount Adelaide, which made for enjoyable outings.

Enjoyed the view while soaking in the bath with a glass partition, explored historical sites, cooked a tasty BBQ on the balcony, used laundry facilities for free, and loved the ever-changing views from my private balcony. Cons: Loved everything so much that I never wanted to leave.

We explored the rad history on a self-guided walk and it was totally cool. We saw old buildings and learned some random facts too. The location was wicked, with awesome views all around. Can't wait to come back!

That there wasn't a party room or a dance floor. It would have been epic if there was a spot where we could crank up the music and have a blast.
